Margaret is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD), Accredited Nutritionist (AN) and Accredited Sports Dietitian (AccSD) with a passion for athlete-centred care. She has an extensive experience and exceptional skill in providing high-level Medical Nutrition Therapy across multiple clinical areas – she has worked across all areas of nutrition and dietetics, including clinical, community and private practice settings, consulting to a wide range of clients to help them achieve their health goals and targets.
Plant-based, vegetarian and vegan nutrition and sports nutrition is her passion, and she founded Fuel Right Nutrition to help people fuel right, to feel right; for health and performance in sport and in life. Being a super busy, endurance athlete herself, while also having experienced significant autoimmune issues (extensive, whole body eczema) she not only understands the theory behind the nutrition principles and best practice guidelines but knows how to put the theory into practice – to make it work for you!

Personal Bests and Achievements
Margaret is a competitive, age-group, long course triathlete – she has competed in four Ironman events to-date, competed in 10+ half iron distance events and has represented Australia at the 2018 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in South Africa.
Margaret is also a competitive middle-to-long distance runner. Her most recent personal best time across the half marathon (21.1km) distance was at the Gold Coast half marathon in 2018, where she achieved a PB time of 1:36:14.
